We would like to introduce a new addition to our menu that is sure to excite cheese lovers everywhere: Pizza Burrata Piccante.

The Burrata Piccante is a spicy twist on the classic Burrata cheese, which is known for its creamy texture and delicate flavor. Our pizzaiolo added 'Nduja, a spicy, spreadable salami originating from Calabria, a region in southern Italy. It is made from a blend of pork meat, fat, and spicy Calabrian chili peppers, and is typically seasoned with salt and pepper. This will give the pizza a subtle kick that complements the rich creaminess of the Burrata.
